I have not seen/heard any evidence or data that substantiates a 2nd shooter.
The anomalous audio of Burst B, referenced in my graphic, could easily be ~misinterpreted~ as two weapons firing at once; but I think there's a simple explanation that becomes apparent when we understand that the section of reverb preceding the final echo - is just reverb - and not another shooter on a grassy knoll.
Becoming aware of the difference between "echo" and resonant "reverb" - is part of gaining that understanding.
In reverb: "[mulitple] sound waves tend to combine as one very prolonged sound wave"
