There are two broken windows there on the 2nd floor.
They need to ask if any shell casing (or guns / mags) were found in that other room.
This "setup" would have been far more efficient and make far more sense for the 1 shooter:
If there was more than one shooter, they would have clear video of anyone accompanying the suspect and or going in and out of that room/hallway/elevators/lobby etc.
I have yet to see any of the video the hotel must have obtained of the shooters movements while he was at the hotel.
Then again, I’ve also read reports that the suspect was using a device to jam security devices near the room. I know, it sounds unbelievable.
