I’ve revised my theory. It’s ink from a pen. When Paddock asked one of his filipina ‘escorts’ how old she was, she drew her answer on his neck.

I don’t know. I’ve been a photographer since ‘74, digital since 2000. I’ve never seen this kind of anomaly before. Maybe PS, but why? There’s a whole lot more to this than has come out. There’s way to much Hanky-Panky going on in the government, and I’m just naturally suspicious of the swamp.
