Oh my....we’re just cold. Cold,freezing, mind-numbingly cold.
It did not drop below freezing until afternoon so it will wet the roads and sidewalks and then freeze. slip and slide time
A low of 20 tonight will keep any snow that sticks in place for awhile.
This is my idea of a Big Chill...for where I live.
