Reasons A Passport May Be Revoked

The Department of State, in accordance with the Title 22 of the Code of Federal Regulations 51.60-62, and 51.65, will revoke passports for the following reasons:

1. Passport was obtained illegally or fraudulently
2. Non-Payment of child support
3. Passport was misused or changed/altered
4. Passport holder’s Certificate of Naturalization or Certificate of Citizenship is cancelled
5. Certain drug trafficking convictions
6. Those convicted of sex tourism

Some of the players might fail on #2, #5, or #6.

I assume that if your passport is revoked you can’t get back in the USA....not sure though.
