If the NFL was smart, they would apologize for protesting during the national anthem and claim that they didn’t mean disrespect to the country regardless of the fact that the guy who started it all, says he definitely meant to disrespect the country.
The longer they delay, the more fans they will lose permanently.
The toothpaste is out of the tube...
All they can try to do next is try to change the subject.
This is not about Trump—the NFL has treated their fans/customers like dirt to placate some militant black players.
The NFL made their choice.
Now we get to make ours.
(I really don’t want to help the NFL—but they need a gimmick to change the subject—how about putting nude cheer-leaders on the field at half-time?) :-)
