Below is the full text of Donohue's letter to Goodell:
Dear Mr. Goodell:
You are responsible for the polarization in the NFL. Had you invoked the NFL rule regarding inappropriate apparel, you would have sanctioned Colin Kaepernick for wearing socks depicting the police as pigs. And you could have enforced the rule requiring players to stand during the national anthem. But you did neither, hence the protests.
Accordingly, I am sending you my Giants lawn flag as a token of my disgust for you; as a veteran I am particularly incensed over your delinquency. I no longer support the NFL and hope that professional football takes a nose dive. Then you should be fired.

Firing liberals for their views would be a dose of their own medicine, as they’ve been getting conservatives fired for their views for years now. Consider it payback or leveling the playing field, as a step toward both sides realizing it is wrong.

Totally agree and that lefty hack of a lawyer gets paid multiple millions and for what? If he can’t enforce the rules as the NFL Commissioner then he should be fired for incompetence. If the players break a rule of the game they get flagged a penalty. So Badell is allowing players to break the rules regarding the anthem. Despicable leadership.

While my president sat by passively and enabled ISIS to emerge as a stronger force dedicated to spreading Islamic ideals by committing murder, rape and torture...I didn't take a knee.
When my president allowed dictators and murderers to violate his red lines and continue to murder women and children with chemical gas...I didn't take a knee.
When my president chastised law enforcement for their actions but ignored the violence in our streets...I didn't take a knee.
When my president identified the weather as the greatest threat to America's safety while Muslims worldwide are murdering innocent people...I didn't take a knee.
While my president's insistence that pacifism and reform in numerous areas of the globe would bring peace but instead led to the strengthening of those that seek to destroy us...I didn't take a knee.
When the election of my president broke barriers never thought possible in America ended up being the high point of his eight years in office...I didn't take a knee.
In all that time I never disrespected our Country, our Armed Forces and Veterans, or our Nation. I remained vigilant. And I got a new president...... #maga

The Left is destroying football. Goodell is the Left on roids. We are getting played if we don’t get this fixed. The Rule Book takes care of all of it.
Goodell owns this by selectively enforcing the Rule Book to favor his views of the Left.
