The truth is that police have far higher self reporting of bad behavior than lawyers, doctors, etc. No other profession has a higher level of self reporting.
Like that cop who tried to frame a victim then arrested a utah nurse who would not go along with it? Then got caught because it was all on camera and to top it all off the victim was an Idaho cop?
