You might want to reconsider and rewrite that.

Yes, there is such a right.

I don't know, but many conservatives have been fired by left-leaning employers for having written conservative articles and papers. There are consequences outside of law for that, though. The marketplace can be a powerful persuader. The employee also has the right to speak or write about that employer in truth after being fired.

Words mean something. You wrote that only government has the right of free speech while taking action. Get an English handbook, maybe "Rules for Writers." Refer to it when writing something important. Pretty handy.

Consider getting a text on logic (philosophy) that include the "logical fallacies" defined and with examples. Indispensable for lawyers, in my opinion (even though I'm not a lawyer).

The word, or, means something as differentiated from the word, and, in statutes and constitutions. Analyze it. Abridged means diminished, reduced, shortened, cut off or something like that. It shall not be reduced.
