My job takes me to N. Ireland from time to time.
Even the local are tired of Bono and U2.
It has been a few years, since I was there, but in Dublin (where they are from) the garage where they first practiced is on almost every tour.
I’m 63 and discovered U2 when their Rosebowl BlueRay came out. They have two songs I like: Vertigo and another (I forget the name).
The rest, meh. I tried to like them, but like Rush, I just could not get into it.
Their stage and light show is AMAZING, though. It’s why I bought the BlueRay.
