I’ve seen pictures, it’s neat. There are other olivine beaches in the Pacific, not surprising I guess, all volcanic islands of fairly recent origin. :^)

I have about a quarter baggie of that beach olivine. Meteorites can have olivine and have a few of those too, and bags of Peridot. Yet none of it has disappeared.
