This industry is heavily monitored by market researchers with no other job.

70 year old Grampa Dave kicks ESPN/NFL and Disney where it hurts. His kick will inflict pain each month as his new Sling TV plan no longers includes ESPN and Disney.

When anyone cuts their cable, Sling is a reasonable alternative. We cut our cable in June and went to Sling Orange and Sling Blue.

So, we had both the Sling Orange and Blue basic. One of our relatives, who hates ESPN/NFL gave us a great heads up.

Sling Blue doesn't carry any ESPN or Disney channels.

We don't watch ESPN or Disney, however, they were getting money from us by our subscribing to Sling Orange each month when we automatically paid our bill.

I got that info from my relative, Friday. A few minutes later I had cancelled Sling Orange. ESPN and Disney get zero money from my Sling Blue monthly subscription payment.
