Especially since they chose not to build parking facilities for Levi Stadium, and use existing local business parking lots on Sundays when they are closed. The result is a massive backup after every game as the attendees all leave at once through side streets. It's the same at Cowboys' Stadium. I went to the Florida-Michigan game there, and there were places charging $200 to park, fortunately I found one business parking lot and paid $40. Never again!
I went to a San Jose Earthquakes game at Levi Stadium before it "officially" opened for its first football season. We were assigned parking lots as a part of the ticket. We didn't have to search out "for fee" parking.
Our assigned parking was on a golf cart path at the nearby public course.
