U.N. Security Council Meeting on North Korea
The U.N. Security Council meets to consider additional sanctions against North Korea over its ongoing testing of its nuclear program.
I’m confused. Russia and China both spoke out in favor of the sanctions, as far as I could tell (I don’t speak bureaucrat, so I’m not quite sure). In any case, I thought this was a done deal.
