Woman delivers baby in hurricane because she is too stubborn to leave

I don't know, my wife that close to birth could hardly get out of a chair, walk down stairs or for more than 20 ft or to a bus stop, or sit down without help. Much less slide into the drivers seat of a car. This woman if she did not own a car, couldn't ambulate without some assistance and had no one she could call for help just might have been stuck in a bad spot.

All she had to do was call police they would have helped her to a shelter. She needed to do it early. She chose not to. Plus where’s the dad?
