They may only giver you $2,000,000 to go away but a local business wouldn’t even be able to give you $20,000.
If you order a vegetarian dish, there should not be meat in it, period. If you order a dish with no nuts because you’re allergic there should not be nuts in it period.
People can get killed because waiters do not pay attention, or the cook doesn’t.
I don’t think it’s lawsuit worthy but whoever put meat in her omelette should be punished. That’s not acceptable in food service. If your customer doesn’t want something and they specifically say they don’t, and you do it. That’s incompetence. Plain and simple.
