Lodge is good, but old Griswold skillets are the best.

hate to tell you this, but I bought a lodge griddle that is so smooth it's sometimes hard to turn a fried egg because I have to chase it around the griddle with my spatula.

cleanup? wipe with a paper towel, use again tomorrow.

I'm sure griswald is good, but better than other quality cast iron? prove it.
