But then again your average demonrat EBT/SNAP rat probably drinks soda and syzurrup, so adding anything to city water wouldn’t even reach them.
Adding lithium to couch syrup and coke may have a better effect.

IIRC the original formulation of 7up had lithium in it. Didn’t go into production that way, tho . . .
