Seems like it was Dukes of Hazard and Incredible Hulk back to back.
I am looking at the Google News Archive for the Friday, November 9 1979 Ottawa Citizen TV Times. You are right on that one, with Hulk on at 8:00 (as I remembered) and then Dukes on at 9:00. I can remember sometime about 1981, “Dallas” got moved to the 9:00 pm spot on CBS Fridays.
