Some will, but fewer every game, I would expect. The backbone of the NFL fan demo has been the aging white baby boomer who came of age rooting for the Pete Rozell league of the 60's, when there were two televised games on Sunday afternoon ("The NFL Today!")and that was it until 1969 the debut of "the Church of Monday Night Football" with Howard Cosell and Dandy Don, the first few Super Bowls after the AFL-NFL rivalry.

These pampered jockstraps weren't even born when the NFL was at its peak.

Now, the NFL is just like horse racing or boxing, a jerk off sport for degenerate gamblers and their bookies.

Slightly off topic but you reminded me:

the younger people are not so much into professional sports....

the fan base will diminish...

however, the league is so rich, they can afford to lose ad money and fans...

its like the NYslimes...even though they have lost tons of money and circulation they have this "reputation" that keeps them in some minds, "important"..
