Just understand that, if Nazis show up to march in your parade, you’ve already lost the argument.
And, truth be told, their bus tickets and motels are probably paid by DNC. This is mischief. If you follow James O’Keefe’s work you know what I mean.
This is one big mixed up mess, to be sure.
Dixie is a wonderful place. I’m considering moving there if a job offer from it comes my way, which it might. I’ll be in the Cracker, er, Sunshine State. A state considered so unimportant, remote, and perilous that as far as I am aware, Grant didn’t even bother it during the Civil War. Thank God for DuPont, the Northern inventors of Freon, for making Florida livable.
But Dixie needs Yankee Land to thrive, and Yankee Land is enriched by having Dixie as part of its union. May the union thrive. May it not divide against itself. Which is what happened when a noble sounding thing, states rights, were raised up in defense of some horrible wrongs. When the South called it splits on the North, not only did it sabotage the blessings that had been coming from the North, but it doubled down on slavery... it’s not hard to see how God would frown on that, bigtime.
But as for Lee... in isolation, he was asking for trouble, and veneration of him is asking for trouble too.
