If someone were to express, and it became known at work, extreme views—I don’t care if it is BLM or KKK or otherwise; if they fly the Nazi, Islamic, or Confederate flag, I’d fire them without hesitation. As a company owner myself, I see absolutely nothing illegal about this. This is not a matter of discriminating against the usual suspects (gender, race, nationality, ethnicity, religion, etc.). Fly those flags, express those views, whether you act on them or not, you are fired. Period.
What if you had an employee who was very religious yet that person's religion was deemed hostile by society? Fire or keep?
To equate the Nazi and Islamic flags with the confederate flag is assinine. You are clueless.
I wouldn't want to work for you, cuck.
Wow - you would fire someone for a Confederate flag? You know that Confederate soldiers are considered historical US veterans by law?
When they declare those that refer to the Constitution as racist, you will fire those who carry the Constitution I suppose. Because that is what is coming soon! You watch.
Are you talking about flying the flag in the workplace? Then I’d agree you have that right, if in their cubicle they have a Muslim, KKK, black lives matter type of flag, to fire them.
You cannot fire someone due to their flag flying at their home or for taking part in a rally outside of work.
