What if you had an employee who was very religious yet that person’s religion was deemed hostile by society? Fire or keep?


It was hard for religious Jews to get good jobs in the trading industry where I worked in Switzerland, unless they could work with a Jewish company. They had to take the holidays off and they couldn’t work Saturdays, and had to leave by 3:30 on winter Fridays. We had many Orthodox Jews in our company, and they came in most Sundays to make up their hours.

I’m thinking this is going to be used against Christians at some point down the road.
