I don’t necessarily think Greenfield is always on our side. Mostly, yes. I think he is, like Glick, exceptionally heavy on Israel.

Freepers must understand there is a HUGE wing of Trump supporters who are 100% isolationist, including Israel, and they distrust Israel as much as they do Germany or Saudi Arabia.

But I’ve said what I’m gonna say on McM.

The anti-McM stuff is really getting old. He is OPPOSED to the Iran deal, has written against it extensively.

You all really need to read Thomas Wictor’s extensive twitter threads on McM.

I was just in WH Friday with Gorka & Bannon. No question McM is a “globalist” and as a general favors “big power.” But “he’s done some good things,” I was told and he is more than offset by other people in the Administration. There was no language about him being a “leaker” or involved in a “coup,” rather just another department that has different views.

Now, you ask, why keep anyone who doesn’t hold your views 100%? You might have asked that question of George Washington, whose cabinet was totally opposed to each other (Jefferson & Hamilton), or Lincoln (whose cabinet all thought they were smarter than Lincoln and who almost ALL disagreed with him on everything). The point is a strong Pres. not only can handle this but NEEDS opposing points of view, if only to have the correct point of view better illuminated.

If Bannon isn’t concerned, and if Gorka isn’t concerned and if DT isn’t concerned, maybe some people here are too concerned? Otherwise, what you are really saying is you don’t trust Trump or you think he isn’t smart enough to see what is happening, or what views are being presented.

“Freepers must understand there is a HUGE wing of Trump supporters who are 100% isolationist”

And you must, and do, understand that there are a number of Republicans who are 100% globalist and interventionist. They passionately despise everything this HUGE number of Trump voters wants.

So the question becomes, why should we sit by and let them drive? Time for these failures to get to the back of the bus. They have brought America to financial ruin, and to a state of constant war that has zero bearing on the lives of Americans. I couldn’t care less who runs Syria. It doesn’t serve my interest to dump around 12 billion a year on Afghanistan.
What you call “isolationist” is more seen as a family wanting their OWN household taken flawless care of before worrying about people down the street. While “isolationist” is used as a modern slander word, the fact is, the globalists have focused 100% of goals that we simple minded isolationists value far less than they do.

PS, and actual “100% isolationists” are rather rare to run across. But that is the name applied if someone opposes wars that protect us from nothing, letting America rot while building things for foreigners, and an absolute orgy of immigration clearly designed to change the culture of OUR nation. That is not isolationist.

Actual isolationism is very rare.
