There is so much info now on our body sharers the gut bugs. No excuse. People don’t need colonoscopies; they need to feed and honor the gut biome who live symbiotically with us, keeping us healthy and improving our health and mental health.
Shape the biome by adding probiotic natural foods to your diet, and some capsule probiotics as well from time to time. Then feed them what they want: fiber and resistant starches. Eat natural clean foods for at least 80% of your diet. You won’t get colon problems.
Knew a 40 yr old died young Colon Cancer.
Obese.
High Carbs. Her own processed foods. Loved to bake a lot for the family. I learned how to bake well, but I never do it anymore, too risky.
Baking is not real food.
Anal sex. Sodomy seems to be a contributing factor to those with anal cancer.

I’d suspect that diets have changed, negatively, far more than human genes, so I’d suspect the former as the cause, not the latter.
Known risk factors for colon cancer should be examined to see if any have changed across the population in some correlation with the occurrence of more cases of early onset colon cancer. Some might have a big time lag before cancer develops.
Getting fatter, eating less vegetables or fiber, or having a bad balance of bacteria in the gut (such as after a course of antibiotics), should all be studied for a correlation over time. There might also have been a new food additive that caused cancer, or altered the gut biome to result in cancer as a secondary effect.

HPV is a known risk factor for 95% of cervical cancer cases. The virus is now carried by a quarter of adults, hence the demand all pre-adolescents be vaccinated.
Anal sex is on the rise through both heterosexual and homosexual activity. A lot more people now have that cancer causing virus in the butt area ... and we already know it is causing a rise in throat cancer.
Sex is shifting to a free for all, and this has led to a merging of STD HPV and oral PV viruses.
End result - a lot more people are infected with a cancer causing virus at both ends as a result of sexual behavior. Of course it could cause cancer in the middle somehow.

Artificially suppressed Vitamin D levels as a result of 40 years of obsessive sun screen use.
Plus, the substitution of milk and water with “juice” (water, food coloring, and high fructose corn syrup).
But I really think the sun screen might be directly linked to the colon cancer.
This entire article is based on a doctor who saw two cases. If he had seen just one it wouldn’t have crossed the radar screen.
It appears to be an over generalization.
