Cows do not good steaks make. Steers, that’s where the good stuff is. A milk cow is good for turning into burger, maybe, at best.
This is why his all-too-self-regarding and condescending description of a cow as a human-designed steak-making machine is especially irritating. If you’re going to be a smug ass, then at least be accurate.
