And before you McCain haters flame me, a retired "Navy Aviator" would know McCain flew an A-4 and he never shut down the "engines" because he only had ONE.
The official accident investigation faulted the ordnance practice of arming missiles before a sortie was on the catapult. In the case of Forrestal, an F-4 with Zuni pods was being armed and stray voltage fired a missile into McCain's fuel tank starting the conflagration.
Its all public record as I told it.

To be fair that was never concluded and likely we will never know the truth of exactly how that went down because some people are above the law.
We will never see any of these politicians pay for their crimes unless they are named Trump who as far as we know has done nothing except beat Hillary.
