Yes. He did disobey the Judge, but he was upholding US immigration law
Sorta goes back to who gave whom an unlawful order. Everyone has an obligation to disobey an unlawful order, even if it comes from a "judge". Civil disobedience and all that.
What was the judges order?
If these judges don’t believe in upholding the law, this sets a very bad precedent. All the localities that have passed a law that LEOs can’t follow immigration law, then the ones that do can be convicted?
