Sorta goes back to who gave whom an unlawful order. Everyone has an obligation to disobey an unlawful order, even if it comes from a "judge". Civil disobedience and all that.

If these judges don’t believe in upholding the law, this sets a very bad precedent. All the localities that have passed a law that LEOs can’t follow immigration law, then the ones that do can be convicted?
