Why does Facebook need chat bots? What were they monitoring? Even worse were they trying to control the discourse?
Zuckerburg is the real threat to America, not DT. Everything on that man's (Zuckerburg's) agenda is about control.

Why does Facebook need chat bots? One practical use for a chat bot you may have already encountered is for customer support. Amazon uses bots for simple customer requests like order status. We've used them in corporate IT for the past few years to help users with things like password resets, making VPN connections and other repetitive tasks seen in IT across thousands users.
