One thing that women fail to understand is that the seat is on a hinge and goes both up and down. Why is it always the man’s duty to put the seat down?

True ... very true.

However, my wife did come up with what I can consider to be valid reasoning on her part, even though I know she's joking ...

She has stated that she doesn't like to put the seat down because she doesn't feel safe.

I asked her if she felt faint or dizzy, because I do know that she has a blood pressure problem.

She said, no, because then she has to bend over ...

...and she doesn't always know where I am at any given time.

...

...

At least ... I think she's joking, although she does have a valid point.
