Yes, it could very well be from dehydration. Some nights I lose a lot more water than others. And I must have lost a lot last night because my right calf was cramping.
And just for the record, so far, the filter is doing what it’s made for, and I can breathe quite well, thanks!
Although, now, I need to go do that steroid thing to start my day. Then we will see if I need something else in an hour or so. Sometimes, the difficulty breathing is from fluid in my lungs, and the other two meds help to get rid of it.
