I insult no ones intelligence here. I am merely providing my long years of experience and practical knowledge here. If it is counter to your “beliefs” then so be it.
If you can provide a Freeper who has successfully prosecuted officer involved shootings to discount my points, then up such individual but I have yet to see them post. Nor will they, for they will most likely not seek to be dragged in the fray of what emotion has wrought and what legal hindsight demands.
I have been making legal predictions on nearly every officer involved shooting noted here on Free Republic for years and the only one that I have been remotely wrong on was the Walter Scott shooting. And even then he was not convicted on statute, but on Federal charges in a plea bargain, most likely to avoid a retrial. It was close but one person could not agree that it was murder. That’s all it takes and it works for all defendants.
