What’s with you guys today. Molon Labbie is trying to add some definitions and practicality and you are treating it like he said the cop was right? That’s not what he said at all. You are acting like its dump on cops day and this comment gave you an excuse to unload. Too much emotion, misplaced.
It’s the wrong time to be discussing the “fine points of the law” regarding what to charge this cop with. Molon Labbie is entitled to his opinion about what the exact legal term is for this wanton killing, but it seems to me that whatever the legal description of what happened , a sworn officer took a citizens life, and it was not in any way justified. I just got the impression that he was trying to lessen the truth about what the officer did. I’d have thought more of him if he had had the moral outrage that the rest of us had rather than trying, it would seem to put up some sort of justification for the officer’s actions.
