Full title: After 28 hours, Delta Air Lines only answer for why it made Ann Coulter give up her prepaid seat is I dont know
Delta made Coulter give up her prepaid seat. When Coulter asked why, the flight attendants answer was
I dont know.
28 hours after the incident, Delta has still not offered Coulter any other explanation for its actions.
If Delta did have a legitimate reason for doing what it did, it should say what that reason was.
Otherwise, Delta will have given the impression that one or more of its employees simply did it out of some personal vendetta that they have against Coulter.

As the Bible says: a fool can be recognized by his many words (Ecclesiastes 5:3).
Therein lies the difference.
I would say the picture of that flight attendant says it all.
Black racism.
Delta must be embarrassed by a freakazoid employee who forced Ann Coulter to move. Sad to say but did she take photos and one of Delta’s assailants aka movers was minority?
If it is not safe to get up from your seat during large portions of a flight,
Air turbulence would be a big reason.”
True! Any time you move about an in-flight aircraft there is a reason to make your movement as short as possible. It’s not like standing in the vestibule of a train. CAT can show up any time and the plane can take a whole lot more of it than can it’s “contents.” Smart air travelers are aways buckled up except to visit the head.
As does the picture of the little short lady who took her prepaid extra-legroom seat.
Why did Ann revise to an aisle seat? Might have been legitimate female peeing issues that come and go. Guys can have same with prostrates.
Yup United is way worse than Delta (on balance). Once you get status, all the airlines get a lot better. IF I have a connecting flight, I prefer ATL. Easier to get around the terminals, lots of food selection (and inexpensive for airport food), and coming back in international there is a breeze. I try to fly direct, which is nearly always American for me out of Charlotte. Fortunately I have some status and am an Admirals Club member, so I wouldn’t say its an amazing experience, it’s significantly better than when I just had a coach seat and flew once per year.
Since ALL the countries of the world have GOVERNMENT sponsored airlines and WE are the ONLY nation on the planet with airlines-for profit MAYBE you can understand why things aren't always perfect.
Personally I enjoy the CHOICE of THIS country. But, then this is the U.S.A. where we DO have choices.
No, just read the commentary here. Read a bit of commentary over at Yahoo too which was quite revealing about their viewers, nothing but a bunch of lefty rabble.
Exactly. The airlines are brutal. They can no longer argue they can't make money. Fuel costs are at historic lows. The airlines charge for bringing anything more than what's in your pocket. The seats are no bigger than a child's chair.
No, the airlines have become an arrogant, fascist mess. I am opposed to government regulation, but it is very hard to see how these airlines get back to treating people as humans with dignity. And don't get me started on the TSA storm troopers.
Especially if she paid in advance for exactly the seat she knew she was going to need.
My trust is gone.
Ann was doing everything she could to make her trip successful.
Delta simply had other plans.
Bingo
Ann, give these arrogant bastards Hell!
Have you ever read the fine print on a ticket? I haven’t but I can imagine it covers everything.
The decision was made to move her.
If she had protested it then she would have been removed probably by security which would have been the bigger story and what happened to start this would have been lost.
She did the right thing by moving and letting it fall back on Delta.
Why is this shown as “news”?? Seems like a blog.
Just another case of Caucasiaphobia. When will society stamp out Caucasiaphobia?
Will that Caucasiaphobic flight attendant be dismissed or at least disciplined? Will she have to attend Caucasion sensitivity training?
I wasn’t suggesting she make a scene.
I meant making a stink via the airwaves and/or in print.
