I’m with you on that. I’m inclined to think that Holder knows where some very important bodies are buried at the FBI and Justice. He’s just sending a message to his old troops.

Exactly. Perhaps to clam up, lie, or otherwise obstruct any fact-finding which shows that integrating trannies into the military undermines its effectiveness as a military force (which should be just common sense, but this country no longer operates on the basis of common sense). Knowing that Obola, Holder, & Co had to know that a potential Republican administration wasn't going to just implement their insane agenda, they surely prepared for that.
