If he has a case, I’m calling my lawyer to initiate a similar suit. Never mind that I’m over 60, 50 pounds overweight, and couldn’t throw a football more than about 20 yards.

Your suit (and mine) would probably have a better chance than his, because you could definitely prove that they were guilty of age and weight discrimination.
