It’s interesting to look back now to November, and realize that at least three of these judges probably had plans to retire in 2017 under President Clinton. Now? They have to hope their health stays well enough to make it to 2022....maybe even 2026.

It is very likely that we will have a majority of textualist/originalists for the first time in 70 years.

It would be a revolution.

Yeah, I bet they thought just that way.

Dems will block any appointments though. Changing to a majority confirmation would not be good either.Hope we muddle through!
At least we won’t have Hillary judges.
