Seriously though ... and I don’t mean to be getting on you about it ... but site http://www.businessinsider.com/gun-ownership-by-state-2015-7 says that 20.1% of Kalifornians own guns. Here in AZ it is 32.3% and Texas has 35.7% gun ownership. It also says that Alaska has 61.7% and Arkansas has 57.9% I’m guessing that that’s registered guns. Also .. since Kalif has such strict gun laws I would guess that there are more guns that are registered in Kalif than are not. I can’t speak for the other states but I would think it’s a fair guess that there is a higher percentage of Unregistered guns than registered guns at least here in Arizona. That may also skew the numbers

But if you factor out the international, left coast, and north east tranplants, it skyrockets to 250% ;)

When I lived in Kalifornia, I owned 9 guns of which only 4 were registered back in the 60’s when I bought them. Including college, I have probably moved over 25 times since. If I had to re-register them now, I would have to say they were all stolen. I now live in Colorado, where open carry is not uncommon...and I don’t have to drive half way across the state to join other gun owners firing every kind of firearm ever made. Lifetime NRA since I was 18.
