What happens when the Mexican Cartels shoot at the solar wall? How much does it cost to fix it?
If I remember correctly—can’t find the visuals that I saw last night off the top of my head—the solar panels would be on the American side only. There are also apparently ways to make the solar panels extremely durable if they manage to get a shot off on the American side.
