The great thing about giving the dems good advice is that if they try to follow it, they will fight with each other in a big way over who will be the new leader and what will be their new direction. The reason they are sticking with Pelosi is because any change will result in instant civil war. You got that right. The Congressional Black Caucus will demand the new leader be back. The Hispanics will want a Hispanic. Likewise the LGBTXYZ gang. As you said, it would be an instant civil war.
