probably the best non-animal oil out there. there’s a company that makes mayo out of avocado oil that’s really yummy, which is great because almost all commercial mayo and salad dressings are made with garbage soy bean oil.
however, when i need a healthy cooking fat for sauteing, i pretty much now use only homemade tallow, which is easy and inexpensive to make yourself.
Just not that dedicated. I’ll keep buying my avocado oil.
We are getting that mayo too! Not bad.
