I know, right? The "healthy" food people often have it backwards. I have felt so much better, lost a few lbs and have fewer sugar cravings after switching back to eggs and cheese or eggs and bacon for breakfast, and laying off the bread and jam.
Don’t forget the heavy cream in your coffee.
I am on a 0 carb diet now too.
I have to take a little break from my diabetic meds that are killing me anyway.
It’s pretty bad, no longer does eating 0 carbs keep my blood sugar low. I still have to take half doses of Metformin and avoid eating in the evening.
Exercise helps too. Insulin is in my near future, I think. I’m giving another shot at weight loss.
I did well a few years back. That weight comes back n so fast.
As for eggs, they are a regular staple for sure.
