Did Roosevelt host events honoring Nazi Germany or Imperial Japan during World War 2?
If he did, would it have helped or hurt the war effort?
I don’t think we should do anything that undermines our efforts.
Unfortunately most of Washington is still trying to prolong the delusion that Islam is a religion of peace and not at war with us as they have been with the rest of humanity since 622 A.D.
Roosevelt was playing footsy with everyone from Stalin and Mao to the Vichy French and Italian ex-fascists to South American dictators and the Saudis, all in the name of winning the war.
If hosting some Muslim leaders and keeping them from throwing in with the jihadis would help our war effort he would have done it.
