There was definitely a little wackiness in the air musically during the 40’s. That “Hitler Lives” sounds like some sort of left wing sendup of evangelicals, it’s so churchy. But, I’m familiar with “I’m A Lonely Little Petunia In An Onion Patch,” just not the same artist and far more recent.
