True. Dumb article. The stuff he lists are things President Trump cannot directly control. These are for Speaker Ryan and McConnel to get done and the President to sign into law.
There are 3 branches of government: Legislative owns these, not Executive. Hard to believe the lack of basic Civics from people who write for political publications.
