I should probably presume that you know she is talking about the youtube video where, when asked “who do you think put the sign there”, she replied “I think homeland security”.
Of course, she was probably talking about Connecticut, not federal, and also she didn’t say she KNEW. And my guess is her testimony would clarify that, except the hoax youtube video cuts her off even before the period in her sentence, a sure sign of highly selective editing.

Watch it and draw your own conclusions. It matters not to me what you believe.
