I don’t care if you laugh or not.

It was sworn under oath that DHS put the sign there.

I have no idea what you’re talking about about My Place.

Go back to claiming that you can access federal databases to find “David Wheeler.”

God you are a moron.

Please show me the testimony that says “DHS” put “the sign” there. A URL is fine.

When you say “DHS” what do you mean? Do you mean the Connecticut Department of Homeland Security or the federal Department of Homeland Security?

And hey...genius...POST is the Police Officers Standards and Training Council, which certifies CONNECTICUT Police Officers. No certification, no tin, Get it? They are not a FEDERAL agency. You seem to not understand the difference. Here is the URL for them...take a look. Notice the CT.GOV url. Understand? http://www.ct.gov/post/site/default.asp

By definition they have to keep a list of certified police officers. Duh. You can inquire as to database entries in this database by using Connecticut’s Freedom of Information (FOI) act. Should I speak slower?

To do that you simply send your request to The Department of Emergency Services & Public Protection (you know, like it says at the top of the page on the URL I sent you). That is the umbrella organization of the CT State Police.

I’m not surprised that you don’t understand many of the things people are trying to tell you...you obviously aren’t the brightest bulb in the chandelier.
