When I was into running a few years ago, I got down to 193. Which, to me, was a little light for my 6’2” height. Apparently, my friends thought so too and chided me about being anorexic.
But, according to the charts, I was at the high end of the “normal” range. Realistically, when I was younger and pretty fit, I was in the 210-215 range and that was right. Lean, strong, flexible, dang, I miss those days. I still had 6-pack abs, and they weren’t hidden behind the keg.
