And SAD (if that's his bio mama) wasn't old enough to transfer her US citizenship onto him.

Being a citizen is not enough, one must be a natural born citizen, born here of citizen parents.

That only applies *IF* he was born outside of the country. If he was born inside the United States, it doesn't matter how old his mother is.
