I recall reading that Hillary Clinton pressured the county to hire a black person when they did the job search that resulted in Chief Moose getting the job. Apparently there were code phrases in the messages he had received from the killers that made it pretty clear that the killers were black, but he ignored that evidence while more people were killed.
